COPA x Santanera

This July, we're joining COPA at 25hours Hotel The Oddbird Jakarta for an exclusive two-night collaboration celebrating the vibrant spirit of Latin American cuisine. Created by Chef Andrés Becerra and Chef Matias Mardones, the menu brings together Colombian and Chilean influences through seasonal ingredients, bold flavours, and a shared approach to cooking that is rooted in tradition while shaped by their journeys in Indonesia.
