European influences and fine local ingredients.

Smoked, whipped, marinated, fermented or chargrilled delicacies from the land and sea are impressively reimagined. Organic, farm-to-plate produce takes centre stage, where every element has been primed and refined to create contemporary dishes to sample and share.

Expect colourful flavours on the menu and exceptional bottles in the wine cellar. The wine list expresses a variety of grapes and countries as well as something for the more adventurous customers, encouraging them to try something new. There is also a natural wine selection. Cocktails are a large part of the experience too, featuring classics and creative concoctions.

Reminiscent of a Barcelona rooftop bar but with Latin American flavours, the spacious and bright design is part open-air and part covered with huge plants and vines, fans to keep the air flowing, and walls covered with artwork.
